Grilled chicken supreme with olive oil, pink, green and white peppercorns and dried fenugreek leaves, topped with roasted pepper chutney

Fried tilapia fillets in a sauce of tomato and tamarind, flavoured with mustard and fenugreek
Boneless Chicken simmered in browned onion and tomato, finished with coriander and red onions

Red kidney beans and black lentils with tomato and butter
Braised basmati rice with cumin
