Head Chef Peter Joseph has created a three-course dining experience truly befitting of the occasion, complete with elegant interpretations of regional Indian dishes. Corn-fed chicken supreme is rounded off with red pepper purée and cardamom; kid goat is braised and spiced with Kashmiri chilli and cinnamon; while for dessert carrot and ginger flavour a toothsome steamed pudding. A full vegetarian menu is also available.
